The terms & conditions set out below govern the use of services offered by PT. Ruang Tanpa Batas related to the use of the www.kisahruang.com site. Customers are advised to read carefully because it can impact the Customer's rights and obligations under the law.

By registering and / or using the site www.kisahruang.com, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood, understood and agreed to all contents in the Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions are a form of agreement set forth in a legal agreement between the customer and PT. Ruang Tanpa Batas. If the customer does not agree to one, part or all of the contents of the Terms & Conditions, then the customer is not allowed to use the services on www.kisahruang.com.

  1. Definition

  1. Kisah Ruang is PT Ruang Tanpa Batas, a limited liability (Perseroan Terbatas) company that operates the web portal service business, www.kisahruang.com, which is an online search for Design Services and registered furniture items.
  2. Kisah Ruang website is www.kisahruang.com.
  3. Terms & Conditions is an agreement between the Customer and the Kisah Ruang which contains a set of rules governing the rights, obligations, responsibilities of the Customer and Kisah Ruang, as well as procedures for using the Kisah Ruang service system.
  4. Customer is parties who use the Kisah Ruang service, including but not limited to Buyers and other parties who simply visit the Kisah Ruang Site.
  5. Buyer is a registered customer who makes an order request for Design Services and / or Furniture Items on the Kisah Ruang Site.
  6. Designer is interior designers who have collaborated with and become partners with Kisah Ruang.
  7. Vendor is Furniture vendors who have collaborated and become Kisah Ruang partners who sell their products through the Kisah Ruang Site.
  8. Design services are interior design services provided by designers who have collaborated with Kisah Ruang to Customers through the Kisah Ruang Site.
  9. Furniture items is objects that are tangible / have physical furniture items that can be delivered / meet the delivery criteria by a furniture items delivery service company.
  10. Goods and / or services are design services and furniture items provided to customers through the Kisah Ruang Site.
  11. The Kisah Ruang official account is a joint account agreed upon by Kisah Ruang and its customers for the purchase transaction process on the Kisah Ruang Site. The official Kisah Ruang account can be found on page (*).


  1. Account, Password and Security

  1. The customer hereby declares that the customer is a person who is capable and able to bind himself in an agreement that is lawful in the Republic of Indonesia.
  2. Kisah Ruang does not charge a registration fee to Customers.
  3. Customer understands that 1 (one) telephone number can only be used to register 1 (one) Room Story Customer account.
  4. Customers who have registered are entitled to act as Buyers.
  5. The Customer agrees that the Kisah Ruang without prior notification to the Customer, has the authority to take necessary actions for any suspected violation or violation of the Terms & Conditions and / or applicable law, namely actions in the form of account suspension and / or deletion of the Customer's account.
  6. Customers are prohibited from creating and / or using devices, software, features and / or other tools that aim to manipulate the Kisah Ruang system, including but not limited to: (i) manipulation of Kisah Ruang data; (ii) browsing activities (crawling / scraping); (iii) automation activities in transactions, buying and selling, promotions, etc .; (iv) adding products to the storefront; and / or (v) other activities that could reasonably be assessed as acts of system manipulation.
  7. Kisah Ruang has the authority to close the Customer's account either temporarily or permanently if it is known that there is fraud in the transaction, or violation of the Terms & Conditions of Kisah Ruang. Customer agrees that Kisah Ruang reserves the right to take other necessary action in this regard.
  8. The customer is personally responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account and password for all activities that occur in the customer's account.
  9. Kisah Ruang will not ask for an account name (username), password (password) or a verification SMS code or OTP code belonging to the Customer's account for any reason, therefore Kisah Ruang urges Customers not to provide such data or other important data to parties on behalf of Story of Space or other parties whose security cannot be guaranteed. The customer is personally responsible for any leakage or disclosure of the account name (username), password (password) or verification SMS code or OTP code belonging to the Customer's account to any party caused by not an error in the Story of Space.
  10. The Customer agrees to ensure that the Customer leaves the account at the end of each session and notifies Kisah Ruang if there is any unauthorized use of the Customer's password or account.
  11. The customer hereby declares that the Kisah Ruang is not responsible for any losses or constraints arising from the misuse of the Customer's account caused by the customer's negligence, including but not limited to lending or providing account access to other parties, accessing links or links provided by other parties, provide or show a verification code (OTP), password or email to other parties, or other Customer's negligence that results in losses or constraints on the Customer's account.
  12. The Customer understands and agrees that in order to use the one time password (OTP) security facility, the relevant telecommunications service provider may at any time charge the Customer and the cost will be borne by the Customer.


  1. Furniture Goods Purchase Transactions

  1. Buyers are required to transact through transaction procedures that have been determined by Acts of Space. The buyer makes a payment using the payment method that has been previously chosen by the Buyer, and then the Kisah Ruang will forward the funds to the Vendor when the stage of the Furniture Goods sale and purchase transaction in the Room Story system has been completed.
  2. When purchasing Furniture Items, the Buyer agrees that:
    1. The buyer is responsible for reading, understanding, and agreeing to the information / overall description of the goods and / or services (including but not limited to color, quality, function, etc.) before making an offer or commitment to purchase.
    2. Buyer acknowledges that the actual color of the product as seen on the Kisah Ruang website depends on the Buyer's computer monitor. Kisah Ruang has made its best efforts to ensure the colors in the photographs displayed on the Kisah Ruang Site appear as accurate as possible, but cannot guarantee that the appearance of colors on the Kisah Ruang Site will be accurate.
    3. The buyer enters into a legally binding contract to purchase goods and / or services when the buyer purchases a goods and / or services.
    4. Furniture Goods purchase transactions are made between the Buyer and the Vendor, Acts of Space will not be responsible for the transaction.
  3. Buyer understands and agrees that stock availability of Furniture Items is the responsibility of the Vendor who offers these Furniture Items. Regarding the stock availability of Furniture Items, it can change at any time, so that when the Furniture Goods stock is empty, Kisah Ruang will reject the order.
  4. Kisah Ruang has full authority to refuse payment without prior notification.
  5. Payment by the Buyer must be made immediately no later than the time the Buyer checks out. If within the time limit the buyer's payment or payment confirmation has not been made, Kisah Ruang has the authority to cancel the transaction in question. The buyer is not entitled to submit a claim or demand for the cancellation of the transaction.
  6. Buyer agrees not to notify or submit proof of payment and / or payment data to parties other than Kisah Ruang. In the event of a loss as a result of notification or delivery of proof of payment and / or payment data by the Buyer to another party, this will become the responsibility of the Buyer.
  7. The Buyer understands and agrees that the Furniture Goods that are ready for delivery will be delivered immediately and must be received by the Buyer no later than 2 (two) weeks from the date the Vendor receives the Furniture Goods purchase.
  8. The buyer understands and agrees that the purchase of furniture items that still require assembly or are not ready to ship, will first be assembled or prepared by the vendor. Furniture Items that have been assembled and ready to ship and must have been received by the Buyer within 6 (six) to 12 (twelve) weeks counting from the date the Vendor receives the purchase of the Furniture Goods.
  9. Buyer fully understands and agrees that all transactions made between Buyer and Ruang Ruang other than through the Kisah Ruang Official Account and / or without the knowledge of Kisah Ruang (through private facilities / networks, sending messages, arranging special transactions outside the Kisah Ruang site or other efforts) are is the personal responsibility of the Buyer.
  10. The buyer is required to confirm receipt of the Furniture Goods, after receiving the purchased Furniture Goods shipment. Kisah Ruang provides a time limit of 1 (one) day after the shipment with the status of "delivered" in the Kisah Ruang system, for the Buyer to confirm receipt of the Furniture Goods. If within the time limit there is no confirmation or claim from the Buyer, then the Buyer thus declares that the Furniture Item has been well received by the Buyer and the receipt will automatically be confirmed on the Kisah Ruang system.
  11. After confirmation of receipt of furniture items or confirmation of receipt of automatic furniture items, the funds of the Buyer that are sent to the official account of the story of space will be further sent to the vendor (the transaction is considered complete).
  12. Buyer understands and agrees that any claims submitted after automatic confirmation / confirmation of receipt of Furniture Items are not the responsibility of Kisah Ruang. Losses arising after automatic confirmation / confirmation of receipt of furniture items are the responsibility of the Buyer personally.
  13. The Buyer understands and agrees that any problems with the delivery of Furniture Items caused by late payments are the responsibility of the Buyer.
  14. The Buyer understands and agrees that the problem of delays in the payment process and additional costs caused by differences in the bank that the Buyer uses with the official Actor Account bank account is the responsibility of the Buyer personally.
  15. Kisah Ruang has the authority to make decisions on unresolved transaction issues due to the absence of a settlement agreement, both between Kisah Ruang and Buyer, by looking at the existing evidence. The Kisah Ruang decision is a final decision that cannot be contested and binds the Kisah Ruang party and the Buyer to comply.
  16. Buyers are required to make payments with a nominal value that matches the amount of the bill. Kisah Ruang is not responsible for the losses suffered by the Buyer if they make a payment that does not match the bill amount stated on the payment page.
  17. Buyer fully understands and agrees that the invoice issued is in the name of the Kisah Ruang with details that mention the name of the Vendor.
  18. The Buyer understands and agrees that the Furniture Goods purchase transaction is between the Buyer and the Vendor, so the Kisah Ruang will not be responsible for any failures or errors or losses that arise in connection with the Furniture Goods purchase transaction.
  19. In the event that a Vendor is a taxable entrepreneur, the Buyer can request a tax invoice from the Vendor.


  1. Design Services Order Transactions

  1. Buyers are required to transact through transaction procedures that have been determined by Acts of Space. Buyers make payments using the payment method that has been previously chosen by the Buyer, and then Kisah Ruang will forward the funds to the Designer when the Design Services transaction stage in the Kisah Ruang system has been completed.
  2. Each Buyer will receive design recommendations based on a questionnaire, pictures, videos or other materials submitted by Buyer. However, design is inherently subjective, and Buyer agrees that Kisah Ruang cannot and does not guarantee Buyer's satisfaction with the Design Services and / or ideas Buyer receives on the Kisah Ruang Site. Nonetheless, Space Acts will take reasonable steps, at Space Acts' sole discretion, to ensure Buyer satisfaction.
  3. Kisah Ruang has made every effort to describe the recommended products and their colors and materials in the most accurate manner on the Kisah Ruang Site, the displayed color of the product will depend on Buyer's monitor and cannot be guaranteed by Kisah Ruang as an accurate depiction of color or actual product ingredients. Kisah Ruang will make its best efforts to estimate the scale of Buyer's space based on the photos provided, however we cannot guarantee that all of its suggested products will fit into Buyer's space. Buyers are required to measure their own space to ensure that the design and the goods match before the Buyer orders and / or purchases.
  4. Kisah Ruang does not guarantee or guarantee products purchased by Buyers through the use of our services. Buyers can only recover claims with guarantees or guarantees directly with the Vendor.
  5. Kisah Ruang will endeavor to ensure that all product links are up to date to help Buyers purchase design materials, there is no guarantee that Furniture Items or accessories recommended by Kisah Ruang based on Design Services by Designers will be available for purchase or within a specified period determined by the Buyer himself from the questionnaire. If prices for Furniture Items are provided as part of a Design Service recommendation, there is no guarantee that the price is the lowest price or that the Buyer will find the Furniture Item price at the same price when they placed the order.
  6. Buyer understands and agrees that the Design Services transaction is between the Buyer and the Designer, so that Kisah Ruang will not be responsible for any failures or errors or losses that arise in connection with the Design Services transaction.
  7. All communications between Customers and Designers will be carried out only through the Kisah Ruang Site and the Company is not responsible for all documents, data and all information provided between the Customer and Designers outside of the Kisah Ruang Site and all disputes arising over this.
  8. Customers communicate with Designers only for the implementation of Design Services and cannot ask for Designer personal data and / or information such as addresses, telephone numbers and / or other personal data. On the other hand, the Customer is not advised to provide his personal information to the Designer and Kisah Ruang is not responsible for the personal information that the Customer provides to the Designer.
  9. In the event that the designer is unable to complete the design service due to prolonged illness or death, Kisah Ruang will provide information to the customer on this matter. With this, the Customer is allowed, at no additional cost, to choose another Designer that fits the previous Designer category to complete an ongoing Design Service or start a new design. If the Customer is not interested in completing the Design Service, the Customer can apply for a refund as set in letter L Refund Policy in the Terms & Conditions.
  10. Buyer fully understands and agrees that all transactions made between Buyer and Ruang Ruang other than through the Kisah Ruang Official Account and / or without the knowledge of Kisah Ruang (through private facilities / networks, sending messages, arranging special transactions outside the Kisah Ruang site or other efforts) are is the personal responsibility of the Buyer.
  11. Buyer agrees not to notify or submit proof of payment and / or payment data to parties other than Kisah Ruang. In the event of a loss as a result of notification or delivery of proof of payment and / or payment data by the Buyer to another party, this will become the responsibility of the Buyer.
  12.   15. Other provisions on the Furniture Goods Purchase Transaction that are relevant to the Design Services Order Transaction also apply to this Design Services Order.


  1. Price

  1. Prices for furniture items and prices for design services listed on the Kisah Ruang website are non-negotiable prices.
  2. Buyer understands and agrees that misrepresentation of prices and other information due to the un-updated page of the Kisah Ruang site due to the browser / ISP used by the Buyer is the responsibility of the Buyer.
  3. Buyer understands and agrees that any problems and / or disputes arising from the disagreement between Kisah Ruang and Buyer regarding price are not the responsibility of Kisah Ruang.
  4. By placing an order through the Kisah Ruang, the Buyer agrees to pay the total costs to be paid as stated on the payment page, which consists of the price of the goods, postage, and other costs that may arise and will be clearly stated on the payment page. The Buyer agrees to make payments via the payment method the Buyer has previously chosen.
  5. Currently, the Kisah Ruang site only serves orders and purchases of Design Services and Furniture Goods in Indonesian Rupiah.


  1. Types of Furniture Items

Types of furniture items that are sold on the Kisah Ruang site are furniture items such as tables, chairs, sofas, cabinets, and those that are in accordance with the Design Services order chosen by the Buyer or which are already available directly on the Kisah Ruang site.


  1. Credit card

  1. Buyers can choose to use the preferred payment method using a credit card for furniture purchases through the Story Room site.
  2. Furniture goods purchase transactions using a credit card can be made for purchase transactions with a total value of at least Rp. 50,000 (fifty thousand rupiah).
  3. Furniture goods purchase transactions using a credit card must follow the Terms & Conditions set by Acts of Space and use the courier / logistics provided and connected to the Kisah Ruang site.
  4. Buyers are prohibited from using a credit card payment method other than its designation as a means of payment.
  5. If the purchase transaction is unsuccessful and / or canceled, the bill for the transaction will be canceled and the transaction funds will be returned to the buyer's credit card limit on the next bill. The provisions in this paragraph do not apply to purchases of furniture items using a credit card that violate legal provisions and / or the Terms & Conditions of Room Story.
  6. Purchase transactions using the credit card payment method will be subject to a service fee that must be paid in accordance with the provisions of each credit card issuing bank used.
  7. If all transactions in one payment using a credit card are canceled, the service fee will be returned to the buyer's credit card limit. However, if only part of the transaction in one payment using a credit card is canceled, the service fee will not be refunded.


  1. Furniture Goods Delivery

  1. The delivery of furniture items on the Kisah Ruang Site is the obligation of the Vendor to use the services of a shipping company that has been selected by the Vendor or the Vendor itself.
  2. Space Stories is only obliged to provide information and instructions to Vendors to make deliveries of Furniture Items to Buyers via the Kisah Ruang Site or other platforms that have been agreed between the Vendor and Kisah Ruang.
  3. The buyer understands and agrees that any problems that occur during the process of sending Furniture Goods by Furniture Goods delivery service providers are the responsibility of the delivery service provider and / or Vendor.
  4. Space Acts and / or Vendors will notify Buyer if Space Acts and / or Vendors are unable to meet the expected delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, Space Acts will not be liable to Buyer for any losses, liabilities, damage costs, or expenses. others arising from delays.
  5. Please note that at this time Kisah Ruang will only deliver furniture items in Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi) if the delivery of furniture items outside Jabodetabek will be subject to additional service fees that will be borne by the Buyer.


  1. Cancellation By Buyer

  1. Buyers can cancel or refund Design Services payments before the Designer makes the design process ordered by the Buyer with prior approval from the Designer. If the design ordered by the Buyer is already in the process of being made by the Designer, the Buyer cannot cancel or refund the Design Service payment.
  2. If the Buyer wants to cancel the purchase of Furniture Items, the Buyer can cancel the purchase within 1x24 (one time twenty four) hours after the completion of the purchase and obtain approval from the relevant Vendor. No cancellation fees apply. After the above period of time has passed or the purchase of Furniture Items has been shipped, the Buyer cannot cancel it.


  1. Furniture Returns and Returns Policy

  1. If the Furniture item received by the Buyer is damaged, the Buyer can return the Furniture Item by submitting a request to return the Furniture Item to Kisah Ruang within 3 (three) days from the receipt of the Furniture Item. The Furniture Item must be unused, the product tag undamaged, and the Furniture Item must be in the original brand packaging (if applicable). To avoid doubt, the return of the Furniture Goods is in the form of a guarantee from the Vendor and not as a cancellation of the transaction.
  2. The buyer must ensure that the furniture item to be returned is in the same condition as when it was received by the buyer and is properly packed. In this case, if the Furniture Item is returned in an unsuitable condition, the Vendor has the right not to accept the Furniture Item return.
  3. If it is necessary to process the return of goods, both the Vendor and the Buyer are obliged to deliver goods directly to the respective Buyers and Vendors. Acts of Space does not accept returns or deliveries of goods for transactions made by Buyers under any circumstances.


  1. Furniture Goods Guarantee

  1. The buyer can submit a complaint to the Kisah Ruang for the Furniture Goods that he purchased, due to a defect or damage due to an error from the relevant Vendor.
  2. The guarantee period in the form of Replacement of Items whose complaint is submitted to Kisah Ruang, is valid up to 3 (three) days from the date of receipt of the Furniture Goods by the Buyer.
  3. The Kisah Ruang will only help facilitate Buyer complaints during the period but will not be held responsible for any damage to the Furniture Items purchased. Kisah Ruang Assistance to facilitate Buyer complaints is limited to the timeframe for that period.
  4. If there is a request for replacement of Furniture Items by the Buyer, then within 3 (three) days from the date of the request for replacement of the Furniture Goods by the Buyer, the Vendor will check whether the Furniture Goods are defective or damaged due to the fault of the Vendor or not, and must be able to determine whether there is Defect or damage due to fault of the Vendor no later than 2 (two) days from the date of inspection of the Furniture Goods. If the Furniture Goods damage is caused by the fault of the Vendor, the Vendor will replace them with the same Furniture Items. If damage to the Furniture Goods is caused by the Buyer, the Furniture Goods cannot be returned or exchanged.
  5. In connection with the replacement of Furniture Items, in the event that the replacement Furniture Goods are ready for delivery, the Vendor will send the replacement Furniture Items to the Buyer and will be received by the Buyer within 2 (two weeks) from the date of inspection of the Furniture Goods. In the event that the replacement Furniture Item still requires assembly, the Vendor will send the replacement Furniture Item within 6 (six) weeks from the date of Inspection of the Furniture Goods.
  6. The vendor can provide additional guarantees, including an additional period of guarantee, to the Buyer outside of the provisions in these Terms & Conditions, where this is the responsibility of the Vendor and for this will not be facilitated by Kisah Ruang. Any claim for this must be submitted directly by the Buyer to the Vendor.


  1. Refund Policy

If the Customer is not satisfied with the paid service experience of Space Stories, then the Customer can request a custom solution to remedy the situation by sending an email to [*]. At Kisah Ruang's sole discretion, we can offer refunds in situations where recovery is not possible or does not fix the problem. You can request a refund by sending an email to [*]. Refunds are limited to the amount paid for the service


  1. Other Provisions

  1. If the Customer uses the features available on the Kisah Ruang Site, the Customer hereby declares that he understands and agrees to all the terms in the use of the Kisah Ruang Site.
  2. Anything that has not been and / or is not regulated in the specific terms and conditions in the feature will fully refer to the Terms & Conditions for Room Story in general.


  1. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Kisah Ruang is a web portal with a customer to business owner Marketplace model, which provides services to customers to be able to place orders and purchase Furniture Goods and Design Services. Thus the transaction that occurs is a transaction between the Buyer and the Designer and / or Vendor in the Kisah Ruang, so that the Customer understands that the proportional limitation of the Kisah Ruang is as a web portal service provider.

Space Stories always strives to keep the Room Stories service safe, comfortable and functioning properly, but we cannot guarantee continuous operation or access to our Services will always be flawless. The information and data on the Space Stories website may not occur in real time.

The Customer agrees that the Customer makes use of the Kisah Ruang service at Customer's own risk, and the Kisah Ruang service is provided to the Customer on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kisah Ruang (including but not limited to shareholders, directors, employees, agents and affiliated parties) is not responsible, and the Customer agrees not to hold Kisah Ruang responsible, for any damage or loss (including but not limited to loss of money, reputation, gain, or other intangible loss) resulting directly or indirectly from:

  1. Customer's use or inability to use the Kisah Ruang service.
  2. Pricing, Shipping or other directions available in the Kisah Ruang service.
  3. Delays or interruptions in the Kisah Ruang service.
  4. Negligence and losses incurred by each customer.
  5. Quality of Design Services.
  6. Quality of Furniture Items.
  7. Furniture Goods Delivery.
  8. Intellectual Property Rights Violation.
  9. Disputes between Customers.
  10. Defamation of others.
  11. Any misuse of Design Services and Furniture Items that have been purchased by the Customer.
  12. Losses due to unofficial payments to parties other than the Official Account of Ruang Kisah, which in any way is in the name of the Story of Space or negligence in writing accounts and / or other information and / or negligence of the bank
  13. Delivery for repair of furniture items that are officially guaranteed from the vendor. Buyers can bring Furniture Items directly to the nearest service center with a warranty card and purchase invoice.
  14. Viruses or other malicious software (bots, scripts, automation tools other than Power Merchant features, hacking tools) obtained by accessing, or connecting to the Kisah Ruang service.
  15. Any glitches, bugs, errors or inaccuracies in the Space Stories service.
  16. Damage to Customer's hardware from use of any Kisah Ruang services.
  17. The content, actions, or inaction of third parties, including related to Products on the Kisah Ruang site are suspected to be fake.
  18. Enforcement actions taken with respect to the Customer's account.
  19. There were hacking actions carried out by third parties to the Customer's account.
  20. Violation of these Terms & Conditions.


  1. Intellectual property rights

The name, graphic, video, logo, page header, button icon, script, and the name of the Kisah Ruang platform are our trademarks in Indonesia and / or other countries (“Trademarks”) owned by Kisah Ruang. Buyers may not use any Trademarks without the prior written permission of Acts of Space. Kisah Ruang does not make any proprietary claims on behalf of third parties (including but not limited to Vendors and Designers), trademarks or service marks that appear on the Kisah Ruang Platform. Any names, trademarks and service marks of third parties (including but not limited to Vendors and Designers) are the property of their respective owners. Information, advice, data, software and content that can be viewed on, contained in, or can be downloaded from the Space Stories Platform ("Content"), including, without limitation, all text, graphics, charts, photos, images, videos, Line art, and icons, are copyright protected by, or licensed to, Space Stories or Kisah Ruang Content suppliers. Kisah Ruang also owns copyright over collective works in the selection, coordination, arrangement, presentation, display and enhancement of Content ("Collective Works"). All software used on or within the Kisah Ruang Platform (the "Software") is the property of Space Stories or the property of the Kisah Ruang software vendor. Viewing, reading, printing, downloading or using the Content and / or Collective Work does not give the Customer any ownership rights or intellectual property rights to the Content, Collective Work, or Software.

Customer is fully responsible for any damages or losses resulting from Customer's infringement of third party intellectual property rights of Story Space (including but not limited to Vendors and Designers) or anything regarding Trademarks, Content, Collective Works, Software and / or other damages against Kisah Ruang or Kisah Ruang affiliation as, directly or indirectly, the result of copying, distributing, redistributing, transmitting, publishing or using the same for purposes that are contrary to these Terms & Conditions.


  1. Release

If the Customer has a dispute with a Vendor and / or Designer, the Customer releases the Kisah Ruang (including but not limited to shareholders, directors, employees, agents and affiliates) from claims and claims for damages and losses (actual and implied) of any kind and known and unknown nature, arising out of or in any way connected with the dispute. Thus, the Customer deliberately releases all legal protections (contained in laws or other legal regulations) which will limit the scope of the provisions of this release.


  1. Compensation

Customers will release Kisah Ruang from compensation claims and maintain Kisah Ruang (including but not limited to shareholders, directors, employees, agents and affiliated parties) from any claims or claims, including reasonable legal fees, made by third parties that arise in the event that the Customer violates this Agreement, improper use of the Kisah Ruang service and / or the Customer's violation of the law or the rights of third parties.


  1. Choice of Law

This agreement will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflicts of law rules. The customer agrees that any legal action or dispute that may arise from, relate to, or be in any way related to the site and / or this Agreement will be resolved exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Indonesia.


  1. Renewal

The Terms & Conditions may be changed and / or updated from time to time by Kisah Ruang without prior notice. Kisah Ruang advises customers to read carefully and check this Terms & Conditions page from time to time for any changes. By continuing to access and use the Room Story service, the Customer is deemed to have agreed to the changes in the Terms & Conditions.
